Connect the exact wallet you bought the presale with or the wallets where the tokens are transferred and stored—not a new wallet. Each purchase wallet needs its own verification, and any token-holding wallet must be linked to the original presale records.
Confirm your details
Your original allocation is reviewed against the presale records before your refund is confirmed.
Receive your refund
Eligible refunds are processed after wallet signature and approval, in accordance with the 45% presale refund agreement.
Note: The wallet you connect must have activity within the last 30 days. If it has no activity, use another purchase or token-holding wallet linked to the same presale records; otherwise contact the team for review.

Individual participation and contribution are to be verified against the presale records before a payable refund can be confirmed.
Which wallet should I connect?
Connect the exact wallet you used to purchase tokens during the presale or the wallets where the tokens are transferred and stored. A new wallet is not the original purchase wallet. What happens after I connect my wallet?

When and in which currency will I receive my refund?

How can I protect myself from refund scams?
The SatoshiDEX team will never message you first, never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and will never ask you to send funds, “validate,” or “unlock” your wallet to receive a refund. Anyone who does is a scammer — ignore and report them.
